My wife and I moved to San Antonio in the summer of 2009 with the military.  As we knew for several (6) months that I would be stationed in San Antonio, we had ample time to find a home that was within our budget, in a great location (with resale potential) and that provided a reasonable commute.  We worked with numerous agents without any luck.  They all seemed so removed from the process of helping us find our new home.  (If you are reading this after realtors have just sent you links to 10's or even 100's of their listings with little useful information, you probably know what I'm talking about).  I only wish we had found Eileen sooner.  My wife heard about her through a friend-she has quite a reputation amongst all her former clients.  If you've ever seen "House Hunters" or "Property Virgins" shows on HGTV, that is what working with Eileen is like-she's that good!  In 2 days we saw 12 homes and ended up closing on a property in Alamo Ranch at 35K less than list.

AND, once we found the home that was perfect for me (and it didn't take long at all) we began our meetings with the seller's representative, you never stopped working for me until you knew that I would be receiving the best terms/price for my new home.  You were there to speak up for me and you did not quit working with the seller's representative until you had the seller's representative agree to excellent terms for me.  I felt so secure having you work for me because I saw that you know the real estate business so well and what is fair for the buyer.

Once the selling price and terms were completed and it came time for me to sign the closing documents, you were still there to be sure the closing documents were finalized as had been agreed upon.

I have never met such a dedicated person who wanted to be sure everything was perfect for the individual you were working with.
